Lucie Hemerová is a junior associate working in the Prague branch of our law firm.
She specialises in competition law, energy law and public procurement. In competition law, she focuses on providing legal advice in connection with investigations by competition authorities, as well as on public subsidies and vertical agreements. In the energy sector, she provides legal advice in relation to the legal regulation of electricity, gas, heating and renewable energy sources. In public procurement law, she provides comprehensive legal advice for both contracting authorities and suppliers.
Lucie studied law at Charles University in Prague (Mgr.). During her studies, she engaged in research activities focusing on the issue of compensation for damages in competition law and worked as a research assistant at the Department of European Law.
She works in Czech and English.
