Eva Fenclová is a junior associate in our Prague office specialising in competition law and public procurement. In competition law, she has experience representing investigated undertakings before the national competition authorities, the European Commission and the courts. She also specialises in state aid, vertical agreements and unfair competition. In public procurement, she provides comprehensive legal advice both to public contractors and tenderers.
Eva read law in Prague (M.A.) and Copenhagen, and has been working at Nedelka Kubáč advokáti since 2013.
She works in Czech and English.
