Significant buying power/Inadequate conditions in business relationships
We offer comprehensive legal advice in relation to the Czech Act on Significant Buying Power and the Slovak Act on Inadequate Conditions in Business Relationships, including:
- representing clients before national authorities in relation to investigations into any alleged breach of the acts,
- assisting in the event of dawn raids by national authorities for any alleged breach of the acts,
- preparing and submitting complaints about any breach of the acts to national authorities and subsequently representing the complainant,
- representing clients before the courts in connection with private enforcement of claims under the acts,
- representing clients before national courts in proceedings for legal remedies.
